Look what my broker say:

So were still on this Sierra/CQG setup. I have both CQG private labels turned on for user ACecilioCQG. Did Sierra support inform the client what other permission is missing? When we check with CQG and compare with other users Antonio is set up correctly. Does the client have any new info for us? Is there error message exactly the same, form before I enabled the second check mark? Remember we didn’t have FIX enabled to start but it looked like the trader needed it.


If the trader continue to get no answer this is my recommendation, have the client start a new email with this Sierra Chart rep and include the SupportDesk@admis.com. With the three of us on the same email chain I would hope the right user permissions can be confirmed.

We do not contract third party vender so your client will need to start the communication process.
