Hi I asked to get access to enter my DTn IQfeed data into the platform and you answered back that I need a direct account. I have a direct account username: nicoleandrian . I pay for my platform with you through my broker AMP. This set up has been very complicated and I have little to no contact with your team. I want to make this transition as painless as possible because I also have to navigate this platform and shorten the learning curve. I also am not able to drag and adjust my candles in the window and it is just stuck in one position. It is very hard to explain this. Please help me.

We answered you here: Access to the DTN IQ feed Did you see that posting? To make this is easiest as possible, no longer use the account provided by AMP, only use your own account. And you MUST pay for usage time on that account going forward. Cancel the Sierra Chart account you have through AMP by contacting AMP about that. Hi, I installed IQ feed but when I open sierra chart and enter IQfeed username and password it writes symbol is unknown, download failed. How can I download NQ futures data on sierra from IQfeed?
