I am not able to click and hold the left mouse button and maneuver the chart from side to side within the frame of the chart. How do I do this, it is called dragging the chart.

In regards to the direct account you have, the password on it was reset because you had posted it here. You will receive that new password to your email address. Confirm to us that you received the new password. If not, let us know.
