Hi I asked to get access to enter my DTn IQfeed data into the platform and you answered back that I need a direct account. I have a direct account username: nicoleandrian . I pay for my platform with you through my broker AMP. This set up has been very complicated and I have little to no contact with your team. I want to make this transition as painless as possible because I also have to navigate this platform and shorten the learning curve.
