This problem requires in-depth analysis as to the data that TD Ameritrade is sending back. Something is not right. When we do a test we do not see this problem

Not sure if you are familiar with starting a program from the Command line and specifying a command line parameter to Sierra Chart. If so, we will give you instructions.

If not, we would require your Ameritrade username and password so that we can test this.

All we would do is login to see what the connection problem is due to and you can change your password after. We will provide you a secure means to send it.

Start Sierra Chart with this following commandline parameter: /dhttplog

Try to connect to TD Ameritrade and wait about a minute. You will then notice this log file in the Sierra Chart Data subfolder: Async HTTP Ameritrade.log

You will need to send this to support AT Sierra Chart.com. At the top of the file you will see your password and you can remove that or change the password on your TD Ameritrade account after sending the file.

Alright so I should tell you the following:

Before sending you a support request I contacted TD Ameritrade and asked if there was a problem on their side. To which they answered that there was no problem on their side.

The reason I am telling you this is that the connection seems to be working again, so it may have been their fault and they fixed it.
I have the .log file that you requested and will still attach it to this reply. Please tell me if there is anything wrong with this .log file even though the connection seems to be working now, as I would not want this to happen again.

Thank you for your help

Kind Regards

Steven

Being there is no problem currently, we will not look at the log. That takes time and is not easy.
