Start Sierra Chart with this following commandline parameter: /dhttplog Try to connect to TD Ameritrade and wait about a minute. You will then notice this log file in the Sierra Chart Data subfolder: Async HTTP Ameritrade.log You will need to send this to support AT Sierra Chart.com.
