oui il a un problème ,parce que se matin toute mais graphique fonctionné parfaitement et puis en avant midi mes graphique je n'avait plus aucun graphique.je voir ma barre de fichier,edition,graphique. je voir aussi la barre sur le coté gauche. Toute mets graphique de nasdac,sp500,dax sont disparue. J'aimerais savoir ces quoi le problème. Mardi toute fonctionné parfait. merci |

Please do not use the method you are using to get us those images. If you look at the images, they are not showing the entire Sierra Chart window for some reason. We do not know why you would have this issue, but please get us an image of your entire Sierra Chart main window where the charts are not correct by using some method other than what you have been using.

When you receive a chartbook from someone, then most likely the symbols are not correct for the service you are currently connected to. Every service uses a different symbology, so if the person was using Rithmic when they saved the chartbook, the symbol for the current ES contract would be ESU6.CME. But if you are connected to "SC Data", then the symbol you need is "ESU26-CME". The easiest thing to do is to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" after you open the chartbook you get from someone else. This will update the symbols to the service you are connected to.
