That image shows that you are on version 2947, which is the current release, so that is why you did not need to update. But a previous image showed you were on version 2803. We can not explain what occurred in betweeen these, but you are on the correct release at this time. Do you use Sierra Chart on more than one computer? Or do you have more than one installation of Sierra Chart on a single computer? Are you still having an issue with blank charts? If so, then it looks like this is related to the issue we told you about in post #33 where you need to select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" when you open a chartbook from someone else.
