Hi,
I just renewed my Package 11 and CME data feed for another 30 days and my chartbooks are no longer loading. This happens every month when I renew and I've never had this issue before — nothing in my settings has changed.
Both my main chartbook and the example chartbook are affected. They appear as tabs at the top of the screen but the charts don't load. I do have a live data connection. I'm using Teton CME Routing with Dorman/Stage5 as my clearing firm.
Any help would be appreciated. Happy to provide logs if needed.
Thanks

Everything in your account looks fine, so it is not related to that.

We understand from what you stated that you are able to view the chartbooks listed at the top of the screen. Are you able to see the tabs related to the charts themselves?

If you do not see any tabs for the charts, then select the menu item for "CW", and see if the charts are listed there. If so, then select each chart from that list and the tab should show for it. In this case, it sounds like the charts were Hidden for some reason. We do not know why this would have occurred, but you should be able to get everything back.

If not the above, then we need to know if you can actually see the chart tabs or not. Or, if you can see your charts, are you just not getting any data in them?

Hi John, thanks for the quick reply.
The charts aren't hidden they're visible as tabs at the top but nothing loads on the main screen when I select them. This is happening with both my custom chartbook and the example chartbook, so it doesn't appear to be isolated to my setup. I've attached screenshots below to better illustrate what I'm seeing.

The two tabs at the top are the Chartbooks, one named "Delta_VP_1" and the other named "ExampleChartbook".

By default, the charts are displayed in tabs at the bottom of the screen, but you can change where they are located. See the attached image of our Sierra Chart window, with a Chartbook named "Chartbook1" open with 4 individual charts listed at the bottom.

We are not seeing any charts displayed for the selected chartbook in your image (ExampleChartbook). If you select the "CW" menu, do you see any charts listed in there? If so, select one and then let us know what you see.

If you do not see anything in the CW menu for either chartbook (select the Chartbook, then the CW menu) then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
- Close all chartbooks (File >> Close All Chartbooks)
- Select "Window >> Message Log" to open the Message Log
- On the Message Log select "Edit >> Clear Log
- Select "File >> Open Chartbook" and open your chartbook.
- After the chartbook opens, get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

We do not know why, but that chartbook - "Delta_VP_1" does not have any charts in it.

You can recover a chartbook from backups that we make for them. Refer to the following:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

We also recommend checking your drive space to ensure you are not out of space. We wonder if the chartbook did not save properly at some point recently due to an issue with space.

There is no relationship between your having to redo your package or data and the issue of the chartbooks.

Given that you seem to be having the same issue with multiple chartbooks, we definitely want you to check your drive space.

Something happened to those chartbooks. We do not know what it is/was. You can try to recover the chartbooks from the backups that we make. Refer to the following:
Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File

Also, check your drive space to see if you are out of space. This could lead to the corrupted chartbooks.
