Everything in your account looks fine, so it is not related to that. We understand from what you stated that you are able to view the chartbooks listed at the top of the screen. Are you able to see the tabs related to the charts themselves? If you do not see any tabs for the charts, then select the menu item for "CW", and see if the charts are listed there. If so, then select each chart from that list and the tab should show for it. In this case, it sounds like the charts were Hidden for some reason. We do not know why this would have occurred, but you should be able to get everything back. If not the above, then we need to know if you can actually see the chart tabs or not. Or, if you can see your charts, are you just not getting any data in them?
