Setup: Rithmic Direct DTC [trading] + Apex. [M] showing, Allow SC Data Feeds = Yes. Message Log shows: Separate subscription for market depth updates not supported. GCQ6-COMEX Because of this, market depth comes from Rithmic (MBP only), not Denali. GetBidMarketLimitOrdersForPrice returns 0. Same setup with SC Data only = MBO works (NonZeroID > 0). Is there a fix or workaround to force Denali market depth when using Rithmic for trading? it was working fine with denali only. i can see the orderid |

If you are connected to Rithmic and your symbol is "GCQ6-COMEX", then the problem is the symbol. You need to update the symbols when you change services. You can select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to do this at any time. But, you would NOT be getting market depth data from Rithmic, if you are setup to get data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. From everything you state, you are getting the data from us, so if you are seeing Market Depth data, then that is coming from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. If the issue with MBO data? Do you have the columns setup to see if you are getting the MBO data? If you are not getting any market depth data, then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". Hi. My Objective is as follow 1. Denali as Data Feed 2. Rithmic as Trade If i use only Denali (Package12) should be no issue If i use Denali Rithmic as above, i am having issue getting OrderID. I could see the DOM Column as picture below. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1779463994159.png I would like to see the orderID for this as what i can see with Denali Is the tick different so that my study need to change also? |

You are getting our Denali data while you are connected to Rithmic. We do not know why you are having an issue with your program, as you are receiving the data. We do not give programming help, so we can not help you further with this, as the issue is with your program.
