Hello, My CME agreements have been accepted and my account is market as Professionnal. However, i am still not receiving proper CME real-time data. My footprint only shows only very small trade sizes (1_5 contracts), wich indicates that the full CME data feed is not active. The message log still shows: "Not connected to live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees" could you please check if my CME real-time data feed is correctly activated on your side? please see attached files: _footprint_sierra R8.png _message_log_sierra.png Thank you. |
