update: I subscribed and paid for the CME real-time data 3 days ago, but i have not been able to use it properly at all. My data service is about to expire tomorrow, so I have effectively had no opportunity to test the real data. Could you please check and resolve this as soon as possible, and extend my data access if needed? Thank You. |
