Your conclusions are incorrect. You are setup to get the real-time data at the Professional rates for the CME and CBOT exchanges, and you are getting the real-time data.

The one thing you need to check if you are getting real-time data or not is the "Data Delay" that can be (may be) displayed in your Chart Header. In the Chart Header it is prefixed with "DD:". If that is showing a delay of 10 minutes and 10 seconds (or something around that number), then you are getting the delayed data. Refer to the following regarding adding this to the Chart Header if it is not there:
Working With Charts: Region Data Line / Chart Header

Note that the "Data Delay" that we show is the time difference between the timestamps of the data and your computer clock. So if there is a difference between the clock used by the exchange and your computer clock, then this will be reflected in that number.

Your Message Log shows that there is no difference at the time you took the image. But it can change over time.

My footprint only shows only very small trade sizes (1_5 contracts), wich indicates that the full CME data feed is not active.

This has absolutely no relevance to whether you are getting real-time or delayed data. The size of the contracts is the size of the contracts. Our data is always consistent, no matter if you get it in real-time, delayed, or historical back-fill.

"Not connected to live trading account to receive CME realtime futures data at non-professional fees"

This statement is correct. But you are not using the Non-Professional exchange options, therefore this does not apply to you.
