John, I sent a message yesterday, and a nice guy replied saying he could see all the login info. I had thought it was going just to you at support. Will you contact me as I cannot log in and as you can see Apex said that all the log in info was correct, so it is something I am doing, or is a glitch with SC. karen |

mate, you know I have done all of this, step by step, and still it won't connect. I have googled and watched every video I can find and I have done exactly what your written, and their video steps say to. I don't get it as I am connected at home on my pc no issue, but I can't get this laptop to connect. You had me send you the message log, did that tell you anything? Here it is again. One thing to keep in mind is that you can only have 1 connection to Rithmic at a time with Sierra Chart. So if your home computer is connected, then you will NOT be able to connect from your laptop. If not the above, then everything we know about how to resolve the "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic is covered at the following link: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure As noted in the section linked above, the error is from Rithmic. We have no control over it. The suggestions in that section come from what we have heard from our customers on different things that have worked for them. But, in the end, the error is with Rithmic to fix. We have told them they have a continuing issue with this, but they have not fixed it.
