Can someone please inform me as why my charts no longer load intraday data? They will only show data from when sierra is opened. Historical data is working as intended. I have made sure.... chart settings - data limiting - days to load, is correct. Attached 5m chart for reference. Not able to see any data prior to opening sierra this morning, and a gap when it was closed, then re opened later.

The reason for this is that the exchange that you had active in March did not renew on April 1, 2026, due to insufficient funds in your account at that time. Therefore, you are now getting your data from Rithmic, and Rithmic has a lack of historical data.
