Tradeify now has a Rithmic feed and they informed me that Sierra Chart would be supported. However, when I try to connect to SC it fails and returns "Connection error message from Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC | logon error received from server: permission denied | Date-Time 2026-03-31 22:38:09.

How do I fix this?

Refer to the following for what we know about the "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Permission Denied Resolution Procedure
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

Thank you for the kind words.

As to Rithmic, this issue goes much further back than just Tradeify and has to do with the interface that they have written to communicate with Sierra Chart in general. We have this issue all the time - hence the reason for the documentation on it.

Since Tradeify is new to Sierra Charts with a Rithmic feed, I just learned that Rithmic is in the process of rolling out being able to use SC with a Rithmic feed at Tradeify. I was informed by the head of support at Rithmic that this support will be added this weekend.

Also, to be fair, the Rithmic feed into SC at One Up Trader has been functioning well for me since the upgrade to the Sierra Chart bridge happened about two months ago.

Maybe SC can revisit your support of Rithmic since I think it really seems to be solid since the Rithmic upgraded their bridge to Sierra Charts about two months ago?

Sierra Charts are the best, in my opinion.

There is still nothing we can do about the "Permission Denied" error from Rithmic. It is a Rithmic issue.

Everything we know about ways to get around the issue are listed here:

So I have finally connected Sierra Charts to my Tradeify account and it's working!!!!

The issue is I have zero historical data although I have Denali Exchange.

What is the solution to this issue to get the historical data using my connected Tradiefy funded account please?

You have activated a Non-Professional exchange for the CME Group, but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. Refer to the following for why this is necessary:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

We see that you also have not correctly completed the Exchange Agreements for the CME Group. You need to enter the "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live, funded, futures trading account per the above. If you do not know your "Clearing Firm" then enter your brokerage name. You can redo the agreements at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

Given the above, you are getting your data from Rithmic at this time. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, which is why you are not getting the historical data.

Dear John,

With regards to my Sierra connection to my funded account, honestly I have read your instructions 3 times and I am not sure what else should I do. I have followed everything that is mentioned in your link.

With regards to my Exchange Agreement, I have resigned it and entered all the information as per your instructions above.

Please let me know if it's ok now.

funded account is live.

I don't have the (M) symbol for the Denali Exchange and I have zero Historical Data in which I cannot trade without.

You are not reading the information carefully enough. In particular the following, which is highlighted in Green in the section on the requirement of a live, funded, futures trading account for the CME Group Non-Professional status:
Trading accounts from funding evaluator services like Top Step Trader, Earn 2 Trade, One Up Trader, LeeLoo, UProfit, and other trading evaluator accounts, do not qualify to use the CME reduced price nonprofessional exchange fees.

Your account with Tradify DOES NOT qualify as a live, funded, futures trading account for the CME Group. You need to have an account in your own name where you trade your own funds.

Also in that section is a link to a section of documentation entitled "Easy Solution to CME Funded Trading Account Requirement". Here is the link to that section:
