How to connect a new Tradeify account to Sierra Chart?

Tradeify now has a Rithmic feed and they informed me that Sierra Chart would be supported. However, when I try to connect to SC it fails and returns "Connection error message from Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC | logon error received from server: permission denied | Date-Time 2026-03-31 22:38:09. How do I fix this? |
