How to connect a new Tradeify account to Sierra Chart?

Tradeify now has a Rithmic feed and they informed me that Sierra Chart would be supported. However, when I try to connect to SC it fails and returns "Connection error message from Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC | logon error received from server: permission denied | Date-Time 2026-03-31 22:38:09. How do I fix this? |

Thank you for the kind words. As to Rithmic, this issue goes much further back than just Tradeify and has to do with the interface that they have written to communicate with Sierra Chart in general. We have this issue all the time - hence the reason for the documentation on it. Since Tradeify is new to Sierra Charts with a Rithmic feed, I just learned that Rithmic is in the process of rolling out being able to use SC with a Rithmic feed at Tradeify. I was informed by the head of support at Rithmic that this support will be added this weekend. Also, to be fair, the Rithmic feed into SC at One Up Trader has been functioning well for me since the upgrade to the Sierra Chart bridge happened about two months ago. Maybe SC can revisit your support of Rithmic since I think it really seems to be solid since the Rithmic upgraded their bridge to Sierra Charts about two months ago?
