Hi, I just installed v2862 on my new computer but I am unable to connect to the Data Feed (F11). When I attempt to connect I get the following in the log: 2026-03-23 00:07:23.404 | Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. * My account looked like it was fully set with Service Package 11 in the account management web page. Could you help me resolve this error? Thanks. |

If you are still having an issue with this, then please restart Sierra Chart and use the "Forced Login" option. I tried to restart and use "Forced Login" several times but it's still not connecting to the data feed. I am getting the same error: 2026-03-23 18:46:59.933 | Requested user files to download. 2026-03-23 18:47:01.941 | Connect to Data Feed | Service Package does not support this function or account is expired. Select 'Help >> Account Control Panel' for account management. * 2026-03-23 18:47:02.144 | The request for the installer program MD5 has been made. |

You are on a release that has been "locked out" for some reason. Meaning that there was an issue with that release, so you can not use it. The message "The request for the installer program MD5 has been made" means that the installation program was set to run. Therefore, you should have been notified that the version you were running was locked out and that you needed to update to the latest release. If this did not occur, then we apologize, as we knew we had an issue related to this, but we thought we had resolved it. There was an installer pop up within Sierra Chart that I ignored. I did not realize I was on a faulty version though. After changing versions, I was able to connect to the data feed and I am all set. Thank you! |
