This morning I am unable to place orders to Rithmic Prop accounts.

I have the Denali data feed. My chart is populating fine while connected but the DOM is stuck on an old price and is not moving at all.

When I place an order on either the chart or DOM the trading service disconnects. I have the Trade Service Log open while I place the order and nothing appears when I place the order, but when I reconnect I see this in the Trade Service Log:

2026-03-06 10:26:28.482 | Requesting order status for non-responsive order. Time since last action: 103.8 seconds | Symbol: MESH6.COM | TradeAccount: XXXXX | InternalOrderID: 62701 | Current Status: Order Sent

and

2026-03-06 10:26:28.674 | Trading server did not acknowledge new order | Symbol: MESH6.COM | TradeAccount: XXXXXX | InternalOrderID: 62701 | Current Status: Order Sent

This happens with multiple prop firm connections.

I updated Sierra Chart. Still have the problem.

I placed orders on the accounts directly using Rithmic Trader Pro. The orders execute fine.

I switched to my live account, using Denali Data Feed and CQG for order routing to the live account and was able to trade fine.

The problem appears to be strictly trading with Sierra Chart on these Rithmic prop accounts.

We are not understanding this. If you have a chart updating correctly, then a Trading DOM should be working exactly the same as they are getting the data from the same location.

We have had other reports of items like this. The other times this was due to a symbol somewhere in your Sierra Chart in which the system is requesting information from Rithmic. It makes no sense to us that Rithmic would disconnect in this case, but this is what we have seen. Refer to the following regarding this:
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Frequent Reconnections

This is showing that you are having an issue connecting to Rithmic with your Sierra Chart. There is nothing we can do about this, as the interface between Sierra Chart and Rithmic is owned by Rithmic, so the issue is something on their end.

Our only suggestion is to try a different server and see if you are able to get a better connection with a different server.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

I found the problem. I'll put the info here for anyone who can use it in the future. When trading with props I have Denali as my data feed, but Rithmic as my trading service. I also have my main symbol set up as ES and my trading symbol as MES. Last night I switched to trading ES so I removed MES as the trade symbol. When I put MES back as my trade symbol I had a typo in the symbol. User error: simple as that. The problem didn't show up on my live account because to trade my live account I have to a separate workspace with CQG symbols.

I suppose Denali was working because it was never interacting with the incorrectly entered symbol, as it was charting ES.

The clue to solve the problem was support's mention of a potential symbol mapping problem.

Thanks.
