I have the Denali data feed. My chart is populating fine while connected but the DOM is stuck on an old price and is not moving at all.
We are not understanding this. If you have a chart updating correctly, then a Trading DOM should be working exactly the same as they are getting the data from the same location. I found the problem. I'll put the info here for anyone who can use it in the future. When trading with props I have Denali as my data feed, but Rithmic as my trading service. I also have my main symbol set up as ES and my trading symbol as MES. Last night I switched to trading ES so I removed MES as the trade symbol. When I put MES back as my trade symbol I had a typo in the symbol. User error: simple as that. The problem didn't show up on my live account because to trade my live account I have to a separate workspace with CQG symbols. I suppose Denali was working because it was never interacting with the incorrectly entered symbol, as it was charting ES. The clue to solve the problem was support's mention of a potential symbol mapping problem. Thanks. |
