I am supposed to have live data and i don't. It's delayed data. My account is paid current as far as I know. What's going on?

What occurred is that you changed to the "Base Advanced" package on February 16, 2026. You can not get the real-time data on the Base packages, so the exchanges were "deactivated". Even though you changed back to the "Integrated Advanced" package later that day, the exchange was already deactivated. Therefore it did not renew on March 1, 2026. I'm somewhat confused. I paid $50 on 2-20-26 for renewal and it took it and paid my renewal fees. It left me a balance of 4.92. I followed the link you sent and to the best of my understanding tried to activate item #4 which it says expired on 2-28-26. The $50 normally covers all of this but since I did what you said about changing levels and then changing back, do I now need to pay the $13.50 again and then activate it?

You do need to add funds to your account in order to be able to activate the same exchange that you had previously. That exchange costs $13.50 per month, so you need to add $9.00 to your account. You can do this at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit#MoveToTop The reason why you do not have enough funds this month is that you renewed to the "Integrated Advanced" package at $46.00 per month. Previously, you were on the "Integrated Standard" package, which costs $36.00 per month. So it is this change in the package that is an additional $10.00 per month where the shortfall is coming from.
