I'm somewhat confused. I paid $50 on 2-20-26 for renewal and it took it and paid my renewal fees. It left me a balance of 4.92. I followed the link you sent and to the best of my understanding tried to activate item #4 which it says expired on 2-28-26. The $50 normally covers all of this but since I did what you said about changing levels and then changing back, do I now need to pay the $13.50 again and then activate it?
