What occurred is that you changed to the "Base Advanced" package on February 16, 2026. You can not get the real-time data on the Base packages, so the exchanges were "deactivated". Even though you changed back to the "Integrated Advanced" package later that day, the exchange was already deactivated. Therefore it did not renew on March 1, 2026.
