Not Showing traded orders when combining tics

Hello
I trade the NQ and I set the ladder to 1 point rather than .25 per tic. I updated the software recently and have lost the ability to see the traded orders going through on the Volume profile. I only see the orders on the even prices and lose the other 3. ie: I see the .00 but the .25,.50,.75 are not shown rather than combining the orders on the last traded price.
Would you fix that or show me how to set it so the orders are combined. I have the combine orders set in the chart setting but that does not seem to help for the last traded orders hitting the book.

Thanks

We are not really sure what exactly the issue is, but the first thing is that you should not change the Tick Size for the chart. You should leave the Tick Size at the standard value.

Then, to aggregate the information in the DOM, you would set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Market Depth Combine Increments in Ticks" to the value you want. If you want the Market Depth at every whole number increment for ES or MES (which have a 0.25 tick increment), you would enter a value of 4. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Market Depth Combine Increment in Ticks (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Then, to make that apply to the other columns in the DOM as well, set "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth >> Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns" to "Yes". Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Apply Combine Increment in Ticks to Other Market Data Columns (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Market Depth menu)

Then, to have the Volume By Price study match up, you need to set the "Ticks per Volume Bar" to be the same as the "Combine Increment in Ticks". Refer to the following:
Volume By Price Study: Ticks Per Volume Bar

You could alternatively set the "Volume at Price Multiplier" to the same value as the Combine Increment in Ticks for the chart - this will force any volume based study (particularly the Volume by Price and Numbers Bars) to use that same aggregation. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Volume at Price Multiplier for Historical/Intraday Chart (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Chart Data >> Volume at Price menu)
