Yep , I understand all of that. I have my charts set that way as well, but it is not solving the problem.
What I am talking about is the orders going through the book at price. If you look closely at the video, only the prices at the who number are showing the orders passing through. For example NQ at price of 25359.00 will show 4 orders hitting the market and price moves up to 25359.25, at that price the highlighted bar on the orderbook (shown on the Volume by price) goes blank and you can't see any orders at all at that price. Then lets say more orders hit the bid and price tics up to 25359.50 , still can't see them. More orders hit the bid, price sweeps 25359.75 to 25360.00, NOW I can see the orders entering the market at 25360.00. Then orders come in on the offer and price sells back to 25359.75. Now - can't see the orders anymore. I can only see the whole prices (whole numbers) hitting the market. So I am missing 75% of the orders.

Look at the NQ (on the right) compared to the ES (just left of NQ) and you can see the difference.
See the Orders hitting the book on the NQ keeps blinking out. I only see the whole numbers. ie: 25359,25360,25361 etc... As compared to the ES where you can see continuous orders hitting the book at every price. On the whole number 6982.00 and 6982.25 , 6982.50, 6982.75 etc..

Before the update the numbers on the NQ were continuous as well.
My guess is that the combine tics setting is not taking all orders into account so they are not being shown. Maybe when you changed the format to the database looking settings window that something happened to eliminate the combining of the tics? Just a guess.
