There is not a problem with the combining of the data. What exactly do you want? Do you want to see the Market Depth data at every tick (i.e. every increment of 0.25 for NQ) or do you want the market depth data aggregated to the whole number values? Keep in mind, no matter what you do, the market is still trading at the actual tick size for the product, so the price will continue to show at every 0.25 increment.
