Graphic issue while switching chartbook

Hello,

I've been sitting out the new updates of Sierra Chart since mid December because I've got tedious graphic issue everytime I switch from a chartbook to another. Probably I've been using 2813 release until now, cuz at the time I went back using "install the previous version" as soon as I noted the bug.

Basically when I switch chartbook I see for a split second something I should't see and then the window kind of organize itself and goes back to normal. All this in less than a second but is very annoying. I'm using win11 and 16GB of RAM, not a top notch computer but it can handle Sierra Chart easily. Also I have a Wide screen monitor, resolution 2560x1080. I think I've noticed this bug on version 2846 for the first time, but I'm not sure since I don't know if in the "What is New" webpage every single version is reported.

I hope I can switch back to some version that did not have this bug, but more importantly I would love to use the latest version without this issue. Please see the attached files: A and B pics are what I see before and after the bug. C is part of the "things" I see for a split second. I can send you a short video if you need it.

p.s just switched back to 2813 and the issue is still there now...Actually even worse because now the bug come up everytime I switch from chart to chart, not only from chartbook to chartbook. It seems I couldn't really go backward this time with "install the previuos version"

Please have a look at this short video. As stated before I went back to 2813 right now, where, before trying the latest version (2867), there was no problem. Now here(2813) is worse because as you can see there's an annoying white horizontal bar everytime I switch from chart to chart as if the program for a split second does not "calculate and position" the window as "full size"/maximized (large as the Sierra Chart window).

One detail I've noticed is that after installing 2867 version and opening for the 1st time the chartbooks I have, every chart in them was not maximized. So installing the newer version did this, and I'm quite sure this same detail was this way in the very 1st release of Sierra Chart where I saw this bug in December. It's like the latest version did not see that my charts were saved as maximized windows...And I don't know, I have the feeling that the bug seems really to be something related to this, like when I click on the chart tab the program doesn't see the window as maximized

One thing we noticed in the video, is you are switching between already maximized chart windows. This was specifically designed in newer versions, to be completely "flicker" free. And we have verified now, that this is actually the case.

How do you have this setting set?:
General Settings Window: MDI Tabs Left Click Action (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Windows >> Window Tabs)

Either Activate or Maximize is what you would want to use.

Yes, those charts were already maximized. I went in Global Settings but I did not find that option (Activate/Maximize) as that video was filmed while running the 2813 version that was flicker free until I installed 2867 version. When I went back to it the flickering was even worse(in 2813 worse than 2867) as stated before.

So now I re-installed 2867 version in order to try the options you have suggested but unfortunately none of them works. Although as you can see in this other video now the flicker is only when switching between chartbooks. As I opened the chartbooks, all the charts were not maximized (see attached pic). I want to point out this detail because what happens is that as I click on "maximize" on the upper right corner of the window, every other chart in that chartbook (MNQ T Control) get maximized without me clicking on everyone of those.

If you look carefully to this video and screenshot you can see clearly what is happening graphically when I jump back and forth between chartbooks: as I click on MNQ Study you can see for a split second the chart in MNQ T Control getting resized as tall as in the pic was, as tall as the very 1st time I opened the chartbook in this 2867 version. As I click back on "MNQ T Control" you can see again that chart not maximized. Also please notice all the flickering that goes on in the beginning of the video as I click on and off the Sierra Chart program minimizing and restoring it.

I did not have any of those on 2813 before todays update. Do you think a clean re-install of 2813 is possible and would solve the issue? Installing it with "install previous version" did not gave me the experience I had
