Even in versions 2813 and earlier when switching between Chartbooks it is normal to see and you will see, temporarily the visible charts in the background before the previous maximized window in the Chartbook becoming active, is set to be maximized again. There is nothing new with this. This is observable across versions both older from 2813 and earlier and also newer versions. Check these settings and set them to Immediate: General Settings Window: Redraw Timing for Container Window when Moving MDI Window or Scrolling MDI Virtual Space (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings) General Settings Window: Redraw Timing for MDI Children when Moving MDI Window or Scrolling MDI Virtual Space (Global Settings >> General Settings >> GUI >> Multiple Document Interface (MDI) and Custom Title Bar Settings) There is no further work we can allocate to this. There is no change in behavior. If anything newer versions are more responsive. Also please notice all the flickering that goes on in the beginning of the video as I click on and off the Sierra Chart program minimizing and restoring it. We have made some improvements with this, in version 2869. There is not anything more we can do.Also reinstalling will not change anything at all regarding the above. Do not waste time reinstalling. We will not be responding further. There are no changes at all when switching between Chartbooks. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
