Hello,

I have a subscription for Package 11 (Denali Exchange Data Feed) and I am trying to set up my chart to use Denali Data while executing trades via Rithmic Direct - DTC (Apex Account).

My Configuration:

Service: Rithmic Direct - DTC.

Trading Username/Password: Entered correctly.

Market Data Username/Password: Left BLANK (as per instructions to use Denali).

Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds: Set to YES.

Global Symbol Settings: I have clicked "Update From Server".

The Issue: Despite these settings, the symbol NQH6.CME persists in using Service Code: rithmic.trading instead of SC Data.

The chart does NOT show the [M] indicator.

The Message Log shows: "History download data skipped" and "Service code: rithmic.trading".

Troubleshooting steps taken:

I tried "Translate Symbols To Current Service".

I tried deleting GlobalSymbolSettings.xml and the SymbolSettings folder.

I performed a clean install of Sierra Chart into a new folder, but the issue persists immediately upon connection.

I tried switching to "SC Data - All Services" (which works and shows [M]), but as soon as I switch back to "Rithmic Direct - DTC", the symbol settings revert to rithmic.trading.

Could you please advise how to permanently force the symbol to use Denali Data (SC Data) while connected to the Rithmic service?

"I have just used the 'Send Log for Analysis' feature in the software to send you my logs and settings. Please review them."

Thank you.

Your problem is that you have activated a non-professional exchange for the CME Group (CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts), but you have not connected your Sierra Chart software to your live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing. We also see that you have not properly completed the data agreements. Refer to the following regarding the requirement to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to get the CME Group data at the non-professional rates:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Once you have worked out the above, then you will need to redo the agreements at the following link, being sure to enter your "Clearing Firm" and "Account Number" for your live account (if you do not know your Clearing Firm, then enter your brokerage name):
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CME

And then you will need to connect your Sierra Chart software to that live account. When you do so, your "Verified Until" date will change to 30 days in the future. This date must be in the future in order to be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group. You can view this date at the following link:

For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
