I renewed my Denali data today. I also connected to my broker satisfying the once a month. Also using Teton with my broker clearing.

WHY do I still only have delayed data?

Everything looks good for your account, so you should be getting real-time data for products traded on the CME exchange (just the CME exchange of the CME Group)

If you are having a problem with products traded on the CME exchange, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

I've sent my message log because I think it's empty since I don't see anything when message log opens.

The Message Log you sent does have the information in it. We see the following in the log that is the issue:
2026-01-02 14:29:07.001 | Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.

You need to set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes".

After you change this and select "Ok" to close that window, select "File >> Reconnect to Data Feed". You will then get the real-time data for the exchange(s) you have active.

With regards to the Message Log being empty, this was due to a change in a previous version and a new feature. Select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set the items you want to display in your Message Log and Trade Service Log to "Yes". If you are not sure if you want something, then we recommend setting it to "Yes", and you can always change it later. Refer to the following:

I downloaded a previous version, not the current 2849, and now system is stable with all chartbooks, including third party's.
