The Message Log you sent does have the information in it. We see the following in the log that is the issue: 2026-01-02 14:29:07.001 | Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is disabled.
You need to set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to "Yes". After you change this and select "Ok" to close that window, select "File >> Reconnect to Data Feed". You will then get the real-time data for the exchange(s) you have active. -- With regards to the Message Log being empty, this was due to a change in a previous version and a new feature. Select "Global Settings >> Message Categories" and set the items you want to display in your Message Log and Trade Service Log to "Yes". If you are not sure if you want something, then we recommend setting it to "Yes", and you can always change it later.
