Hi,

How can I configure exchanges to receiverealtime data on two machines for the following combinations

Market Depth for
SPY, SPX, NDX, QQQ, NQ, MNQ, ES, MES

Currently I have multiple exchanges active for two machines, still my data feed is labled " Delayed" for SPY, SPX, QQQ.

Can you review my active excahnges and suggest changes accortdingly cheapest options.

Thanks,

Three items of note:
1. You are not setup to get real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for U.S. Equities, which is why items like SPY and QQQ are showing as Delayed.

If you want real-time data for U.S. Equities and you also want Market Depth data, then refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: U.S. Equities Consolidated Tape with NASDAQ TotalView

To setup the exchange(s) refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: All Other Exchanges*

2. You are setup to get data from our "CBOE Global Indices" exchange, so you have access to the SPX data. You need to enter the symbol (or select it from the list in Find Symbol) as "SPX_CGI".

3. You are not setup to get data to two different systems at the same time, you can only get data to 1 system at a time. Refer to the following regarding this:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed on Two Computers Simultaneously

--

Be aware that the exchanges renew on a calendar month basis, so you should wait to make changes to your exchange options on/after January 1, 2025, or you will pay the full price for the exchanges for the last day or two in December and then again in January. Refer to the following for more infomration on this:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Changing Denali Exchange Data Feed Exchange Selections

You have the following exchanges active at this time:
- Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts
- CBOE Gloal Indices

You are setup to get data for active exchanges to two different computers at the same time, but this was changed after we posted our response in Post #2.

Our statements from post #2 are correct apart from the two systems that you now have active. But you still do not have any equities data from us, so SPY and QQQ are going to be delayed data, and we think you have the symbol incorrect for SPX.

We do not clearly understand this question:
ok, thank you, is this the optimal exchange data or can be further economical without SPX and QQQ ?
You are on Service Package 5, which is one of the most economical service packages.

You are not on Package 5. The response in post #7 did not realize that someone else had posted in this thread. It was the other person that is on Package 5.

But, as noted in post #7, we are not certain what you are asking in terms of " is this the optimal exchange data or can be further economical without SPX and QQQ?"

To start with, you should not have posted in this thread as it is completely unrelated to the question you are asking and only creates confusion. Next time, please start a new thread for your particular issue.

With regards to the statement that "Sierra Chart is lagging and slow", we can only point out that in the video you provided those charts are all scrolled back to an earlier point in time, so you are not seeing the current data being added to the chart.

We are not certain what you are trying to point out from the video itself. We need very specific information on your question and what exactly is occurring. Please only give us one issue at a time and give us the exact information on what is occurring and what you feel is the issue.

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting data for products traded on the CME Exchange and for U.S. Equities.

What is one symbol for which you are having a problem?

Also, please get us your Message Log by following these instructions:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks".

Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
