Unable to open/install .CHT Chartbook file in Sierra Chart

Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am having an issue opening a .CHT Chartbook file in Sierra Chart. The file downloads correctly and is visible on my computer. I have placed the file in the correct directory: Documents\SierraChart\Data However, when I open Sierra Chart and go to File → Open Chartbook, the file does not appear or cannot be loaded. I am running the latest version of Sierra Chart on Windows. Could this Chartbook require specific custom studies, a different Sierra Chart version, or additional permissions to open correctly? the correct folder is SierraChart\Data (and has nothing to do with the Documents-folder)

Make sure you do have the correct folder. It depends on where you installed your Sierra Chart to. So if your main Sierra Chart installation is under your "Documents" folder, then it sounds like you have the correct folder. You can always check this by looking at the "Path" for your "Data" folder via the following setting: General Settings Window: Data Files Folder (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Paths >> Files and Folder Paths) If you have the correct folder, then after you select "File >> Open Chartbook" look in your "Window >> Message Log" and see if there is an error related to that chartbook. If there is, and you need help deciphering it, then get us the information from the log and post it to this thread.
