Hello Sierra Chart Support, I am having an issue opening a .CHT Chartbook file in Sierra Chart. The file downloads correctly and is visible on my computer. I have placed the file in the correct directory: Documents\SierraChart\Data However, when I open Sierra Chart and go to File → Open Chartbook, the file does not appear or cannot be loaded. I am running the latest version of Sierra Chart on Windows. Could this Chartbook require specific custom studies, a different Sierra Chart version, or additional permissions to open correctly?
