Cannot Connect to my AMP account Data Feed

I am not able to connect to my AMP account data feed. Receiving error message below. I already updated my global settings. Copy of message log attached. AMP video instructs there is an AMP connection option on Sierra, this option is not available to me. I have suscribed to Teton/Denali and have a funded AMP account. I have copied my message log but I have not been able to find information on how to attach it to this message.

If you had a connection that was working and now is not working, then you would need to talk to AMP about what occurred. If this is a new setup, then you also need to talk to AMP and see if they have completed the setup for the Teton Order Routing for your account. Have you checked with AMP to ask them if they have done something with your account?

AMP says everything looks good on their end. Please see attached chat. I am getting a bit frustrated with the back and forth. I was under the impression this was basically automatic when I funded an account with AMP and suscribed to TETON/DENALI
