Hello I trade NQ Futures contract and use 1 min tick chart during trade have frequent downloading or refresh issue. I have 16 GB ram & my processor i7-4770 CPU. Even during the replay i have the same issue. Please help with any suggestions |

What exactly is occurring? What do you mean by "frequent downloading or refresh issues"? What is occurring, what do you see, when this happens? Also, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And what is one symbol for which you are having an issue - we need the symbol exactly as it is entered for the chart. -it is set to SC Data, The chart symbol is NQZ25-CME, FREQUENT "Downloading Data " is the msg i get on the screen.
