What exactly is occurring? What do you mean by "frequent downloading or refresh issues"? What is occurring, what do you see, when this happens? Also, what is "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? And what is one symbol for which you are having an issue - we need the symbol exactly as it is entered for the chart.
