I am having a problem for my charts not loading. Not sure what is causing this. Once I open the charts, they freeze out, they do not load any bars, etc and I am not able to click on any tabs to manouver the settings and other tools. Not sure how to fix this? They were working well at first and Looks like I paid for everthing. I have also updated the charts but now, I do not know what else to do

The image you provided looks like Sierra Chart is locked up and not responding. If this is the case, then you need to stop the program through the Operating System (or reboot your computer) and then restart. If this continues, then we would need to know what you were doing at the time it occurrs.

I have tried to reboot my computer, and all other computer apps are working ok. This issue started when I tried to connect to teton from rithmic direct - Topstep Prop firm. And still as you can see 2 images (one before loading charts and another after loading charts, when it stops responding and freezes). it is not responding, especially when I try to load the chartbook. Everything works ok before, I am able to click on all tabs but when I try opening the saved chartbook under the File Tab, everything freezes on me. Not sure If I am missing any data connections.... Before this week, everything worked perfectly and has worked well long before this.

Do not use that Chartbook any longer:
High CPU Usage | Inactive User Interface | Poor Performance | Long Time to Load Chart Data | Charts Reloading Often: 30.16 - What to do if Sierra Chart is in a frozen state for an extended time due to extended high CPU usage caused by an automatically or manually opened Chartbook

Also, you have the wrong symbols for the service you are connected to. We are not sure what you mean by this: "when I tried to connect to teton from rithmic direct - Topstep Prop firm", but we see in one image that you are connected to Rithmic and you are using Teton symbols. Each service uses different symbols, so you need to ensure that you have the correct symbols for the service you are connected to.

When you change your service and select OK on the "Data/Trade Service Setttings" window you are prompted to update the symbols. You should answer "Yes" to this. If you do not, or if you open another chartbook later, then you can update the symbols by selecting "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service".
