i bought Service Package 11 but not visible in Sierra Chart

I have the service package 11, but my sierra chart is stil in the free mode and doens't see my service package 11. I allready installed the platform again but nothing. How can i fixe this because now im stil missing futures i can't use.

add Number Bars study to your chart - if it works then you have it.

The numbers bars study was already possible to add in the free version, but it's still not possible to change the Graph Draw type to numbers bars. And not possible to change the study Graph Draw type.

Help >> About does not show what package you have. You need to look at this on our website in the Account Control Panel for your account. You can access this by selecting "Help >> Account Control Panel" within your Sierra Chart software, or you can select the following link and login if needed: Simulated Futures Trading Service That being said, you are on Package 11, and per your Help >> About you have service through December 12, 2025. The issue with the Numbers Bars is that you are not trying to access it correctly. It is not a Bar Period type, it is a study.
