Hi, Dudley I don't have bid/ask data. but have last traded and mbo. it worked fine last week. and it happened before, but it came back after reconnect / restart.. any suggestion how to fix it ?

Make sure you have the proper columns displayed. Select "File >> Open Market Depth Window" and let us know if you are seeing the market depth in there or if you only have 1 level. The chartbook you attached does not have a DOM displayed. We need the DOM as you have it setup so we can see your setup.
