suddenly no bid/ask data

Hi, Dudley I don't have bid/ask data. but have last traded and mbo. it worked fine last week. and it happened before, but it came back after reconnect / restart.. any suggestion how to fix it ?

Make sure you have the proper columns displayed. Select "File >> Open Market Depth Window" and let us know if you are seeing the market depth in there or if you only have 1 level. The chartbook you attached does not have a DOM displayed. We need the DOM as you have it setup so we can see your setup. hi, here is the Dom setup .. and one more thing, the DOM suddenly have chart in it. I never know about it. how does it happen ? I gonna use it futures.

As we mentioned in Post #2, you do not have the proper columns displayed. You have the "Buy Column" and "Sell Column", but not the "Bid Size" or "Ask Size". Refer to the following: Global Trade Settings Windows: Buy Order Column - Left/Center/Right Aligned Global Trade Settings Windows: Bid Size - Left/Center/Right Aligned Global Trade Settings Windows: Bid Size/Buy Column - Left/Center/Right Aligned -- The reason the bars are showing in the DOM is that you have a "Study/Price Overlay" study on that chart, and it is set to overlay the Main Price Graph.
