Hello, I'm contacting you because I signed up for a bulenox account via Rithmic and I have no data flow.

This isn't the first time I've used accounts with bulenox, and they usually work perfectly, but now I no longer have any data.

I am logged in to my Rithmic account, I have the correct passwords and the correct service in the date/trade service.

If I use my personal account, which is via TETON, it works perfectly.

I've asked bulenox for help several times, but they told me to contact you because they couldn't do anything on their end.

Could you please provide me with an answer?

The exchange that you had active with our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group in September, did not automatically renew on October 1, 2025, due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. You can add funds at the following link:
