If you activated an incorrect package, then you can change your package at any time. Refer to the following:

If you are stating that you added $50.00 too much to your account and want it refunded, then we can do this for you. Just keep in mind that we have a $5.00 processing fee for payment refunds, so you would get $45.00 back (if you want the $50.00 refunded). Also, you have a total of $61.20 in your Services Surplus, so we can refund any amount of to that (less the $5.00 processing fee). Just let us know how much you want us to refund, and we will take care of it.
