[URGENT] Denali data - cant set it up

I have 2 problems. I changed my service package to 10 as I am trying to get Denali real-time data. I activated CME non-pro on the website. However the NQ chart show "delayed" in the header. Another problem - I tried to follow your instructions to connect to my trading account with Rithmic, as instructed here: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/RealTimeDataFeedsAvailableFromSierraChart.php#ConnectingOnlyOnceAMonthToTradingAccount. However it says "Error connecting to Data or Trading service" - i filled all 3 sets of fields - trading, market data, historical data with username and password I use for a decade.. Can you help please. |

The reason the data is still delayed is because of the reason explained at the end of this post. Regarding connecting to Rithmic, contact your broker for help with that. Here are the instructions that we have for that: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.
