Recent Bid/Ask columns not showing up on DOM + Rithimic workaround

Hi,

I have a two-part question centered on the same issue - recent bid/ask columns not showing up on the DOM when I open the program. In both cases below, I can still see price moving up and down the ladder live. I confirmed I have CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts activated for the next month.

1. With the Teton Order Service, the recent bid/ask columns do not show up on the DOM I constructed (it is on it's own window) when I load the program. However, when I open a separate chart book (that happens to be a DOM but configured differently) for the same symbol, the recent bid/ask columns suddenly appear on my original DOM. I can even close the second chart book and they will continue to appear on my original DOM.

2. With the Rithmic service (separate funded account) they do not show up at all and the above mentioned trick does not work. In fact, price doesn't even tick up or down on that second DOM chartbook (it does on my original one that I built). I tried deleting the market data and historical data credentials and leave them blank as was instructed on another thread and price still ticks up and down live but no recent bid/ask columns still.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Are the connections to Teton and Rithmic done through different installations of Sierra Chart, or are you changing the selected service?

Please get us the chartbook that you are referring to so we can see if we can reproduce what you are stating. Follow these instructions to get us the Chartbook:

I am just changing the selected service in the same Sierra instance and applying.

The second attachment titled "Support Ticket" is the original DOM chart that doesn't contain the columns when loaded. The first attachment with "DOM" in the title is the one, when opened, that shows the recent bid/ask columns when opened and also initiates the appearance of the recent bid/ask on the original DOM chart.

We are not seeing any issues with the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" columns in either chartbook.

The one thing we do see is that in the chartbook "Support_Ticket", the DOM does not display the "Bid" and "Ask" market depth information. This is because you have the "Buy Order Column" and the "Sell Order Column" displayed instead of the ones that include the "Size". Refer to the following:

That was it - the second chart book included those columns which is what suddenly allowed the recent bid/ask to appear on the original chart.

Thank you!
