I am just changing the selected service in the same Sierra instance and applying. The second attachment titled "Support Ticket" is the original DOM chart that doesn't contain the columns when loaded. The first attachment with "DOM" in the title is the one, when opened, that shows the recent bid/ask columns when opened and also initiates the appearance of the recent bid/ask on the original DOM chart.
