We are not seeing any issues with the "Recent Bid Volume" and "Recent Ask Volume" columns in either chartbook. The one thing we do see is that in the chartbook "Support_Ticket", the DOM does not display the "Bid" and "Ask" market depth information. This is because you have the "Buy Order Column" and the "Sell Order Column" displayed instead of the ones that include the "Size".
