Je vous contacte car je rencontre actuellement un problème de connexion au flux en temps réel via votre plateforme.

Chaque mois, je me connecte en utilisant TWS (Trader Workstation) pour accéder au flux de données en temps réel fourni par Interactive Brokers, en suivant scrupuleusement le protocole habituel. Jusqu’à présent, tout fonctionnait parfaitement.

Bonjour je vous contact parce que je rencontre des problèmes. Toutes mes costums studyes ne sont plus sur mes graphiques et je ne peux plus les réactionnées.
Les studyes sont toujours dans les dossiers ACS mais je me peux plus les activées, la touche ADD m est plus valide.
Est ce qu il y a une solution pour rétablir tous mes graphiques.

The custom study DLL file should be in the 'Data' folder under the main Sierra Chart installation folder. They should not be in the ACS_Source folder. The .cpp files (actual source code files) may be located in your ACS_Source folder, but if you did not develop these studies, then you would most likely not the source code. So we are not certain of what you are seeing in this folder.

For custom studies, if you do not have the DLLs, but you have the .cpp files, then you can rebuild them. Otherwise, if you got the files from someone else, then you would need to talk to them about it.

If you are referring to the standard Sierra Chart studies are not available, then this would mean that the "SierraChartStudes_64.dll" file is missing from your system. This would typically be caused by anti-virus software incorrectly thinking the file is malicious. You would need to set an exception in your anti-virus software for the Sierra Chart folder. Then you can "reinstall" the same version you are on now (or upgrade to the latest version if you like). This will fill in any missing files.

You have started Sierra Chart in "Safe Mode". In this mode, you can not load custom studies. You need to restart Sierra Chart and turn off "Safe Mode". Refer to the following:
