Data Provider Issue

Hi,

I just signed up for your service and I'm having an issue with a message that comes up saying I do not qualify as a non-professional when based on the answers it's clear that I am not.
Although this message was displayed the system allowed me to continue and sign up for non-professional data for Eurex with market depth.

After completion I signed the agreement with Barchart, but no log in details were provided.
I'm now trying to connect to receive the data and Barchart is not one of the available connections and the ones that have 'trading' written next to it won't allow me to connect.

Can you please help me get this set up correctly?

The data connection username and password are automatically given to Sierra Chart and you will not receive those.

What you need to do is set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service to "SC Exchange Data".

You can find all of the available EUREX symbols in File >> Find Symbol.

This is the reason for this:
The user is set to be a non-professional, however they are not qualified for the CME exchanges.
