You do have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, but you have never connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group data. Refer to the following:
Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges

Because of the above, you are using Rithmic data. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so you will have a problem when using a Continuous Futures Contract. We can not say why you did not have a problem previously, but this is definitely related.

The simplest solution is to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account so you can get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed.

Otherwise, if you continue to get the Rithmic data, you will need to set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" to "None" for each chart.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

What happens if I set my Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" to "None" for each chart? Will I just have to do the rollover for each symbol manually?

Setting the "Continuous Contract" to "None" has no effect on how the rollover works. If you have the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol", then this controls whether a chart is automatically rolled over or if you need to do it manually. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Automatically Rollover Futures Symbol (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

I think I found a robust workaround for the long time to populate Sierra Charts using the Rithmic feed:

Here is what I did to make the charts load as they should instead of taking 10 or 15 minutes:

I changed the Continuous Contract to "NONE" at "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract". Then I turned off the auto rollover by changing the "YES" to "NO" Then, I tried to load my CL chartbook and my chartbook that has ES, GC and NQ charts in it; and, it loaded with no problem in about 5 seconds.

For some reason, sometimes Rithmic and Sierra Charts don't communicate as would be the optimum, when the continuous contract is set to "auto rollover" using volume based. I changed it to "NO" for auto rollover and "NONE" for how to determine the rollover time, ie, Date based or Volume based.

I will just rollover each contract manually. It only takes a few seconds to do the rollover manually.

Who shall I send my $500 software testing and consulting bill to? How about John - SC Support or maybe Sierra Charts Engineering? :+)

Let me guess....my check is in the mail? :+)

Sierra Charts are the best, in my not so humble opinion.
