You do have the "CME With Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active, but you have never connected to a live, funded, futures trading account in order to verify your non-professional standing for the CME Group data. Refer to the following: Denali Exchange Data Feed: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Because of the above, you are using Rithmic data. Rithmic has a lack of historical data, so you will have a problem when using a Continuous Futures Contract. We can not say why you did not have a problem previously, but this is definitely related. The simplest solution is to connect to your live, funded, futures trading account so you can get the data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Otherwise, if you continue to get the Rithmic data, you will need to set the option for "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Continuous Contract" to "None" for each chart.
